Proven Reliability with Strong Economy
The SDEC G128 emergency engine uses a modular design and a reinforced block with an integrated cylinder head, a forged crankshaft, and fracture-split connecting rods. The upgraded sealing system further improves durability, and the engine handles Stage II marine emission needs with ease through its electronic unit pump combustion system. As a result, it delivers stable, long-term performance in demanding emergency applications.
Strong Power with High Torque
The large displacement gives the engine solid power and a deep reserve. Its fuel-use curve stays smooth across common operating ranges, and it produces high torque at low speeds. Because of this, it runs efficiently, and the electronic control system reduces fuel use by more than 5% compared with traditional mechanical-pump engines.
Fast Load Response with Broad Adaptability
The G128 runs with strong durability and reacts quickly to sudden load changes. It supports various working conditions and also adapts well to lower-grade oil, fuel, and coolant. This flexibility allows the engine to perform reliably in real emergency environments.
Easy Maintenance with High Uptime
Most parts remain compatible with earlier models, which helps improve serviceability and reduce costs. Its long maintenance cycle and proven reliability keep uptime high. Since the engine has a large market base, spare parts stay easy to find and remain affordable, giving users lower overall maintenance costs.
