High Reliability from the SAIC Platform
The SDEC SC7H emergency engine comes from the SAIC platform and uses a high-strength alloy cast-iron block, a forged crankshaft, an integrated cylinder head, and a rear gear train. These features give the engine strong durability, and the overhaul interval reaches more than 20,000 hours.
Strong Power with High Fuel Efficiency
With a four-valve structure and high injection pressure, the engine takes in more air and burns fuel more cleanly. This design improves power density while also keeping emissions low. Because the power reserve stays large, the engine responds quickly to sudden load changes. At the same time, the fuel-use curve stays smooth and helps reduce daily operating costs.
Compact Layout with Better NVH
A modular design makes the SC7H compact, light, and easy to place in tight engine rooms. It also uses high-precision, low-noise gears and a vibration-damping main bearing structure, which lowers both noise and vibration and helps create a quieter work environment.
Wide Adaptability with Rich Options
The engine can be configured for many marine working conditions. It handles different environments well, and it starts reliably even at –15°C. Users can also choose from various start methods, output interfaces, exhaust systems, and fueling layouts.
Easy Maintenance with High Uptime
The engine uses integrated parts and has fewer wear items. Its wear-resistant valve system and fracture-split connecting rods help extend maintenance intervals. As a result, service work becomes quicker and simpler, and the engine stays available for longer periods.
