The cooling system is engineered to meet Limiting Ambient Temperature (LAT) up to 50°C at Continuous rating. Designed with vertical hot air discharge, the KTA50 G3 series engine is suitable for multiple set installations.

Features
Integrated Design: Products are supplied complete with cooling package and air cleaner kit for a complete powerpackage. Each component has been specifically developed and rigorously tested for G-Drive products, ensuring highperformance, durability and reliability.
Aftercooler: Large capacity integral aftercoolers are supplied with cooling water separate from the engine jacket. This provides cooler, denser intake air for more complete combustion and reduced engine stresses for
longer life and low exhaust emissions.
Cooling System: Gear driven centrifugal water pump, two loop system must be employed, namely the engine jacket is cooled by one radiator or heat exchanger and the aftercoolers are cooled by a separate radiator or heat exchanger.
Pistons: Pistons are dual Ni-resist, aluminium alloy, cam ground and barrel shaped to compensate for thermal expansion assures precise fit at operating temperatures. Grooved skirt finish provides superior lubrication. Oil cooled for rapid heat dissipation.
