Strong Power and Quick Response

The Weichai 6WH25 1250–2010 kW marine engine delivers strong output for mid-size and large working vessels. Each cylinder reaches about 335 kW, and the engine achieves higher explosion pressure than many models in the same class. Its pulse turbocharging system increases air delivery efficiency and improves low-speed response. At only 50 percent of the rated speed, the engine can reach nearly 90 percent of the rated torque, giving ships stronger push, better control, and faster acceleration in demanding conditions.

Lower Fuel Use and Clean Operation

An efficient intake and exhaust path works with the pulse turbocharging layout to reduce fuel consumption, reaching a minimum rate near 180 g/kW·h. The three-ring piston structure, combined with a scraper ring, helps lower lube oil consumption to around 0.5 g/kW·h. The 6WH25 marine engine meets IMO Tier II and China Stage II rules, giving operators cleaner operation without losing performance.

Easy Maintenance and Simple Handling

A modular design of external parts improves access and makes daily service easier. The compact overall layout saves space in the engine room, while a single-piece cylinder head supports faster disassembly and lower maintenance cost.
